Rts On Tgb?

Could TGB be used to make an isometric 2D RTS that plays like Atomic's "Close Combat" series, but looks like Pyro's "Commandos 2?"

I really miss "CC" and I loathe RTS games that use resource management.

TGB does not support isometric/orthographic projection out of the box, but with creative artwork, you can fake it really well (see the Adventure Kit's artwork as a great example). As to the gameplay, that's up for you to work out.
