ConvertBeta txscene utility

I've upgraded to Tx2.0,
upgraded to XNA 2.0, ran the upgrade wizard on a project
upgrade to TXB 2.0
When loading an existing scene from that project, TXB gives me an error:
The scene file was made in an earlier version of txb, run the convertBeta txscene utility on it-
which I do
bango! still the same error when I try to load
any ideas anyone?
