Convert 1.0 txscene files to 2.0 txscene file

Hi all, i need to open some txscene files created using torqueX builder 1.0. the program i am using to open is torqueX builder 2.0. however, it show some error message.

"OLD SCENE FILES"
"the scene file wad created by and older version of TXB. Run the ConvertBetaTXSCENE utility from start menu to update the scene before loading it.

however, after using ConvertBetaTXSCENE, the same error appear again. is there and way i can convert the files because i need the files to be compatible with XNA 2.0
