TX 3D Builder open beta bug: Unable to open this project

When I try to reopen a project which actually is open I get the message: "Unable to open this project".

I know this is only a minor bug if at all but maybe something isn't correctly closed before calling
the open method ..

I have this occurring with a project that I had opened once but then the editor crashed via the window move/docking bug. Now each time I try to reopen my project, I get this message. I have rebuilt the solution in VS to no avail... This project is uneditable from TX3DB until I find a solution.
