I got it November 2004. Got the tree pack, the ragdoll pack, and the environment pack. Plan to get the vehicle pack and Synapse Gaming Lighting Pack.

1) Create .DIF structures for what you want to be underground
2) Make a tunnel or some kind of entrance
3) 'Set Empty' on the part of terrain you want to be able to walk through (for a cave or hole)
