DTS static shape import and DIF collision

Hello,
Is it possible to import a DTS into Constructor and then "convert" it to brush to have propper collision when exported and put into the engine (TGEA 1.7.1). Or is the DTS collision always only the bounds created from modeling tool when exporting a dts.
One could only model things with brushes and then export as DIF (even the complex ones) if you want complex collision or even the self shadowing effect?
Or is there a way to create a polysoup collision in constructor on DTS shapes?
thank you for your answers.
