Does anyone know where to find the new DTS Exporter for Max 09?

The first link gives a 404 not found.
The second link has Max 2009 support, but no Max 2010 support. Where can I find a Max 2010 exporter?
If there isn't one, where is the source code used to build the 2009 exporter? The max2dts in the SDK does not build at all.
