Please Help

I having a major problem i have made a basic character. I uv Mapped the character and used the texture Coordinate editor built in to milkshape to line the shapes up with the uv mapped parts. There is one little problem when i start to make eyes and skin tones in Paint Shop Pro. It makes the eyes on the front and back of the head and anything else i put on the head
