Going Mac

I want to do some level building/world building on a Mac with the TGEA engine... if I can't do it with Parallels... can I do it with Bootcamp? If so what generation of Mac will handle the graphics and engine?

You should be able to do it with Bootcamp and an XP install. Make sure you have a shader-enabled graphics card. I don't recommend on-board adapters for the most part, though. Others will probably be able to give you more facts, though.

The newer/faster the Mac, the better, of course.

EDIT:
Not quite sure why you'd want to do level building on the Mac, thought, especially if you are creating Map/DIF's. And especially if you have a Windows machine you can do it on. Porting to the Mac, I can easily understand.

If you get a iMac be WARNED the ATI 2600 graphics "upgrade" is total krap video card for torque. Half the objects wont render. I recommend if you go iMac get the ge 8800 .
