TXB slow and locking up

I have Vista and a Nvidia 8800gt.. Anyone got ideas on why TXB locks up every time another window or dialog box moves over it? Also when I try to drag in a resource it locks up.... I have to wait 30 seconds after every operation.

This is very strange. What are you system specs. It may not be your graphics card that is causing the issue. I haven't seen this problem in TXB before and I've installed it on several different configurations.

This is the strangest problem I've heard of. Vista (assuming 32-bit) and the nVidia 8800 are fine. Do you have anything else running that monitors your environment, like Anti-Virus, Spyware Detection, LiveCare, etc. ? I'm running on Vista with an nVidia 8600 GT with no problems at all. Do other 3D programs (like games, modeling tools, etc) run normally on your computer?
