Jittering Camera on new install

Just installed TGEA 1.7.1 on my new suped up XPS and I'm loving the graphics...to bad I can't control my player with the mouse to get a good look at everything....
When you load any Demo or start a new project, I come up with the same result. Any time you move the mouse (editor mode w/right button held also), you get a really bad jerking movement that goes up or down or just kind of random. You stop moving the mouse, you can move around with a,s,d,f like normal and no jerking...it is only when you move the mouse...
So I found this this thread, but not sure that is the same problem, plus it has no direction as to getting a solution...
Any ideas, links, info would be greatly appreciated!

I used to be obsessed with building my own open-ended RPG and a 3D Side Scroller RPG. But the job/house/girlfriend got in the way. I know, I know. Now I concentrate on doing architectural renderings (with the help of T3D of course) and VBA programming.
