I posted a more detailed description of the bug here.

there's more things I've noticed but the gaps on re-open is the only thing I can consistently re-create.
I'm using the latest constructor. And have re-installed from scratch twice.
I've noticed this issue in some of the tools as well. I use the face extrude almost all the time (it seems to be the best tool to get well formed brushes) But if I extrude from a face, instead of the brush that gets created being flush to the face it was created from. there is a tiny gap between the two.
In addition if I extrude a chain of brushes, face to brush, face to brush. And I fix these gaps as I go. Each new extrude causes the brush it came from to shift as well! Creating a new gap where I just fixed the space.
I'm just guessing but there seems to be some bad rounding of numbers or something going on.
Could this possibly be a settings thing?
