Programmer for TGB Match 3 Clone - South Florida?

Dear GG community,
Our indi-startup is in need of TGB programmers to facilitate in the completion of our first project, a match 3 clone with some unique gameplay strategies. We have a solid team of artists who have completed most of the art for the game but are still struggling locating motivated programmers to join our team. Requirements as follows:
- South Florida - We are really interested in having someone full time, so that would require that you are located in the South Florida tri-county are, meaning, Miami-Dade, Ft, Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach area. WE are not against having someone to work remotely for this project (a few of us are), but that would limit your future with our company.
- Some game related programming experience would be ideal, but if you are newb, perhaps you can help as well.
- Please send resume or web links to work you have done as well as some background info.
- Must be a positive self-starter who is motivated without constant supervision. If you are remote (and even if you are not) communication with the team is crucial, and due to our 'startup' nature, negative and counter-productive individuals are not welcome : )
- Payment: Negotiable (but please specify your requirements)
