Animated Collision

I'd like to have collision boxes animated with certain parts of my model, which I am exporting from Blender. Is it possible to have multiple collision meshes, and for those collision meshes to conform to the model as it animates?

Thanks for responding. I'm not using it for the player, but for a StaticShape that has a destruction animation. I needed to large parts of debris that had animated off the model to have collision.
