Error code 127 ???

Ok got it from TDN but now i get this

DLL failed to initialize.
error code : 127 - The Specified procedure could not be found.

Any help?

Which version of it did you download from TDN?

The 7 - 8 version

You would want to download the Max 2008 version, not the version for Max 7 & 8 (which is 3 versions older than what you have).
