Mystery Crash???

I get this error on startup all of the sudden? was using it last thursday, took three days off and when i started it up this morning i got this error!!!
reinstalled 3 times tried 1.04 update and 1.0.5.1 update and neither of them work also,
constructor was working in 1.04 and i never had a problem with constructor until now? can anyone tell me what this error means?
