Problem in dts file making

I have a lot of file in .max format.I want to convert it into .dts format.I have 3Ds studio max version 9.How will i do it.I am not getting max2dts file converter software.I have problem in plugin also i am not getting supported .dle file for this version of 3Ds studio. If anybody give idea...
