I have the Indie version. Am I allowed to sell my game at all, or do I need the commercial liscence.?

You can negotiate a special license with GarageGames if you absolutely cannot have the GG splash screen though.

With the Indie License, you are permitted to sell your product in any way you wish, but there is the clause that you must have a 4 second GarageGames splash screen at game startup. You can negotiate a special license with GarageGames if you absolutely cannot have the GG splash screen though.

The commercial license carries a similar clause, but it doesn't reference the "4 second" rule (as far as I could tell):Quote:
(b) Licensee agrees to display a full screen Torque Game Engine logo in the start up sequence of any game created and released with the Engine. This requirement may be waived for an additional fee. Contact licensing@garagegames.com for details.
