Need Help, How to add .cc/h file to the project

I am trying to do advanceCamera http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=5471

but in the "How to Add" topic, I don't know how to add advancedCamera.cc/h to the project.
I'm using visual c++ express 2008 and I am so new to it. Can anyone guide or tell me how to do this please
