TXB off-center rotation

Hi all,
I'm new to TXB. I've been working a little bit with XNA and have found that you can do a rotation around the 'origin' of an object. In TXB I am not seeing this origin when I am trying to use the rotation. My objective is a 2D pinball game. The triggers are the bumpers and the ball just floats around and does its own thing, but the paddles need to rotate off center but instead they are rotating from the middle of the object.
Does anyone have any ideas?

-------------------------------- | | | 0 X | | | --------------------------------The 0 represents the original origin and X is where I would like it to be.
Does anyone have any ideas?
