Please help me to buy the right Torque Components

Greetings everyone
Yesterday, I decided with my friend to start making simple 2d games for XBOX360. After installing C# 2005 Express with all updates and XNA 2.0 Express, I want to use a torque engine. But it is really confusing to find the right product for my needs on this site.
1. I want to make XBox360 Games and use the most advanced, customizable engine incl. source code and every feature which is available ;-) I'm planning on making a 2d game (so I want a 2d game builder) but I'm interested in the 3d builder too. Money is not a problem, I really want an unlimited torque 360 indie licensed game studio! =) Can anyone please list me exactly what products and components I need to buy? TorqueX+what? Torque 360?
2. I wanted to try the demo for the Torque X builder. After installing it, and opening the starter games in C# Express, I get an error message "the project type is not supported by this installation". After 2 hours of researching, I found out, that the demo on the Torque X builder page is not compatible with the recent version of XNA. Are there plans for a working demo?
3. The site, as it is now, is very confusing for a beginner. I think the categories should be redone and primary sorted after gaming platforms. Also a "compare products" page would be nice. But I like the Artwork and Icons (especially on the features page ;-)
Sorry for the rant, I'm a little bit frustrated right now...

TorqueX is built on top of XNA, which means you can work with XNA and a retail XBox 360 to do your game dev and work through the CC Community channel however that ends up shaking out.
Make sure to download the TX 2.0 demo. It works with XNA 2.0, which supports Express versions. I do not believe it works with the XNA 3.0 beta version, though (I haven't tried, but I definitely do not recommend using the beta unless you are interested in what might be coming down the pipe rather than working on stable technology).
We're doing a site redesign with new forums, etc, but it is not available yet. Hopefully you'll like the new site more!
