License Issues

Hi
Unless something unexpected happens my game should be finished now. So my next task is to put a small demo together and let people play it. Trouble is I'm not sure about license issues. Basically I'm happy enough for people to copy and distribute the demo, but I don't want anyone reverse engineering it or otherwise poking their nose in where it isn't wanted. I assume it isn't enough to simply say that in those words, since most software licenses spend pages and pages boring the pants off you with legalities.
I'm also using some 3rd party (freeware) fonts and nullsoft installer, so I assume I'll have to include those licenses as well.
ps. I'm using my own game engine rather than torque.
