Interior design tool

What is the best tool for designing interiors for the V12 engine? Also, what are the basic steps to create the interiors?

Here is what I beleive are the steps are involved.. I threw in a few questions ...

1 - 3D program (3dmax?? How does the texturing work? I know that T2 used dynamic texturing for base affiliation, stuff like tribes logo etc, how do we do that?)
2 - Exporter (what format do we need to export it too?)
3 - V12 ressourse (what kind? where can I get more info on how v12 classify and uses it's ressources)
4 - V12 level editor (used it pretty cool)

Thanks for any help

WorldCraft is used to create buildings for the V12 engine and an exporter will be included with the engine.

The exporter may be realeased early.

So it is easier to create interiors with worldcraft then 3DSMAX?

It's been ages since I've used WorldCraft for anything other than taking up space on my hard drive LOL
When I was using it, I found it much easier to work with than 3DS Max. But wether or not it's easier doesn't really matter since as far as I know it's the only way to creat interiors for the V12.

Worldcraft is the best level editor around IMO, it's easier to use than UnrealED or Q3Radiant. It is easier to use than max because it's solely designed for map building and the interface is alot simpler. Once you know how to use any modeling/mapping program WC is easy to learn, it's even easy to learn if you haven't used one before, which I hadn't when I learned.

I'm pretty sure that there can be exporters made by third parties for other 3D programs to build world objects, but WorldCraft is so easy to use that you wouldn't need to use another one.
