InstantAction as a development environment

Hi there. I think one thing that would be really helpful would be to have some kind of remote dev environment. I would think that it would be hard if you're working remotely to get in sync with someone like an artist who wouldn't neccessarily want to look at the code, or want to fuss with pulling down the latest changes and building it. It would be great if there would be some way to be able to publish your work online for others to collaborate in that way, you know see how their art is flushing out. Is there any set of tools you might suggest?
How does the instant action system work? Is there alot of setup required by the dev team to get this going? You would think it would be handy to be able to use something like that. Again, I have no idea about how Instant action is archetected, but it would be cool if we could get some kind of sandbox use from it.
Also, I'm having a hard time figuring out how instant action works from a development point of view. Is it not really associated with the GG community? It seems pretty abstracted from the whole thing. Could someone provide a little insight into the possibility of future development for InstantAction, and how business the model is designed to work?

Instant Action is not a dev toolset in the way you are thinking of it and is designed around games being played rather than being developed (though at IGC there was a lot of talk of modding) using the technology. Basically, you build your game, you interact with the IA API using whatever engine technology you have created your game with, and let people have fun playing your game in their browsers.
