Looking for a new commited team

Hi there.
I am looking to put together a team of keen game developers looking to have a little fun and have a keen interest in making games. I am mainly looking for a programmer/scriptor, an animator, a skinner and if possible a map maker.
The genre of game I am interested in making is a Third Person Multiplayer Cooperative shooter, where players would have to work together to complete certain objectives. A design document has been drawn up by myself and models are currently being made for it. I am interested to sell the game, but it depends on the community if they are to play it enough to buy it.
