Houdini HD commercial question

The landing page on GG says the this has teh same commercial indie license as the torque engine(250,000 profit or less) but on the side effects page it says it is only for non commercial use. It want you are saying correct of what they say or is this deal only offered through this site and i can only use houdini for commercial use with torque only?

It is part of the EULA now for Apprentice HD that Indie game developers using the Torque game engine get the same limited commercial use allowed. We promote that here on GG so that you learn about this but haven't found the right way of expressing that on the sidefx site without confusing existing HD customers. We don't want people to think this extends to animation or visual effects projects.

Thanks to inquiries like yours we can start to figure out where these facts need clarification.
