Please start using some punctuation. You will thank me when you start learning how to program where a ( and a { makes a huge difference. If you care about how your posting, folks will start treating you with some respect, which you want right? Awesome.
So the next item to consider is you dont have to start off with your own art, buy or look for some free model packs, there is tons around to get you started. You just have to look around. You can also use some material and say i want to make a game similar to this, and start off like that. Keep in mind copyright laws and such, but once folks see where you are coming from. The road starts getting easier. Think of it as building a road. Before you pave a road (the game) you have to tear it all up and put in your foundations, but you know what kind of road you are building becuase you have seen that road before (the other game). Got it? Good.

Well art sketches dont have to nessesarly be computer drawings, you can use a scanner instead of a camera. Im sure one of your friends/parents/local computer shop might have a scanner that you can use. And You will also have to consider, if you dont know how to do computer drawing, Maybe pick up a computer program, Constructor for buildings/general enviromental items and Blender for Character Models, both are free. And try them out. Also lets talk about your posts. Please start using some punctuation. You will thank me when you start learning how to program where a ( and a { makes a huge difference. Btw to make links you type and then at the end, take out the space. You should write up your game design document and slow down a bit, get your barrings, since unless you got money to have someone else to make your models. Your likely going to have do your own modeling. I know of only 2 dragon packs. both are standard dragons.

? Well, what you need is a modeler. Im going to be a bit blunt here. there are 3 ways in general to do things in this business. a) Pay someone b) trade your services for equal value and c) Do it yourself. Now Judging by your current posts and lack of listed experience. Im going to assume a) and b) are out of the question. Which leaves c) pick up a artist tool, i recommend Blender as its free, unless you have money. Or perhaps look to your friends maybe one of them might have some artist talents. unfortunatly i am not a artist. So your on your own in terms of models and such. As for a game designer. That would be you. You need to take the ropes, sit up and start studying. The link above give alot of information. When I first got my licence i spent 3-4 hours a day for almost 6 weeks reading everything practicing with the code and getting to know the engine. Trust me, you need to just relax and start at the beginning of the book. Trying to read the last page of the book doesnt help you in this industry. As a hobby you will find learning how to do these things will serve you well.

When designing a game you have to ask alot of questions of yourself. What engine, what features, what kind of art, how to work the mechanics, how to program certain items. These are the tip of the Iceberg.
In your case. Id start with alot of reading. And write a game design document. What is a game design document? Its basically your idea, put onto a piece of paper/document that can be read by others to understand what your doing. In fact is like your resume for making a game.

These are just a few pages i recommend. But as i dont know your current age/experience with this subject, and gathering from your post, you need all the help you can get. I would take as much time and read some of those articles and learn a bit about the industry. Its not as great as sitting down and hammering out a game over the summer. But what you might find is that this summer you can build yourself a great platform to this next year really start understanding how to make a game. And King of Dragons in 2-3 years might be come a reality. Thats the cold, cut and dry story of game design. Start with your basics. What do you plan to do for your project, I havent seen any art or scetches of your game. a example of some of my work. Feel free to browse my own game, its a week to week open development process. Very very interesting read. and lots of pics and movies.
