Open application GPGT ?

I just bought the game programmer's Guide for Torque. In chapter4 page 101, I wanna open application to run Lessoin Kit for the Sample Script console . I click on icon GPGT in root F:\GPGT LessonKit but isn't open.
Can anyone know how to fix it?

Copy it to your hard drive. It cannot run from the CD since it cannot create a console.log file.
