Another Texture mystery for me...

I have a couple of pictures of this problem which is in constructor all of the textures look fine and aligned perfectly but in the game some of the textures are way out of alignment and twisted...

I replaced the brushes and it seems to have fixed most of them. what is puzzling is I have many copies of the brushes that were distorted and they seem to be fine as far as textures, would this indicate that there are problems with the rest of them that you can't see.
