You should try to fix the UVWs on the rock so that it applies a bit better and doesn't smear. Also how many polygons is your rock?Logan

No seriously you have point there Logan , you might want to have a look at that, UV map them right try to avoid the texture streching.... Sorry i should have noticed that from the start but... no ther is no but i just should have... sorry if you have done work beyond this, please take notice to what Logan said

Yeah the UV's need a little more work. At the time I didn't want to spend more than 20 minutes on it.

The stone has about 80 polygons, slightly overbudget but its made to be a bigger stone.Yeah the UV's need a little more work. At the time I didn't want to spend more than 20 minutes on it.

Yeah and perhaps you could make some work on the texture, something different from the classic grey could be cool...

Slapping it in photoshop and adding a sprinkle of tan/brown would look nice.
