Non-Solid Geometry Please Help

I have spent many hours trying to figure out why most of what I build is a non solid interior when I export it. I've tried everything and can't figure our why this isnt working! Please help... In other words what ever I can export I can look at but never touch... I don't want to be a ghost!

Ok I've found out that everytime I use the hollow modifier it makes my meshes it screws up some brush in my export... I dont know whats going on but If anyone has experienced problems like this could i have some pointers on how to avoid them?

I'd recommend downloading the updates from this forum. Jaimi has made significant patches which has fixed geometry collision issues.

There's one for 1.04, I believe (maybe 1.03), but not 1.05.
