TGB installation damaged according to Torsion

Trying to get Torsion to work here with TGB 1.7.3, when I press the 'go' arrow in Torsion everything seems to go fine until TGB just tries to do a last push to start the game... then I get an error message saying I should reinstall TGB as it has been damaged.
I've just installed them both from scratch, and the A* demo starts up from Torsion just fine. Am I doing something wrong? Got a few errors popping up but running my game from TGB as opposed to Torsion works ok.. should really get those errors sorted but don't think that's the problem.
If anyone has any clue it'd be good to hear, thanks.

I've reinstalled Torsion and TGB, no luck.. maybe it's just a case of getting back to 1.5.. :(
