3DS Max 7 - convex shapes error with Map Exporter...

I am attempting to make my first game in Torque - so please bear with me - I am very noobish (as you will soon find out). I am responsible for the art assets in the game project. Now, on with the problem. I made a level/building (with walls, ceilings, floors) in 3DS Max 7. I have been reading on the forums to use GLB and QuArK to translate my max file so I can make it a DIF and put it in TGE. The problem is when I export the .map file from my .max file using GLB (Map Exporter LE) - it tells me these two errors in the MAXScript Listener window - "Object (wall27) is not convex" and "Too many vertices found in wall71". It is important to note that many of these walls were boolean shapes (I removed sections for door holes) - and I converted them to editable meshes in Max. How do I get around this issue to get all of my walls, floors, etc into QuArK through GLB? Again, I apologize if this is a repeat question - but I cannot figure out what I need to do in Max to fix this geometry for .map export with GLB. Any ideas? I am trying to set up a 3D art workflow using Max - and I think that 3DS Max>GLB>QuArK>TGE is the way to go. Thanks in advance.
