What's wrong with my TEGA 1.03

I use TGEA 1.03 to do some of my work, but It runs a confused screen like follows. Could someone give me some suggestions to solve this problem kindly. By the way, I have update my Graphic Card Driver and DirectX to the latest version. My Graphic Card is NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS:
The Graphic Card version is : 6.14.11.7516
the Directx is : DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

PS. TGEA 1.02 also has this problem but TGEA 1.01 does not have this problem
