I've just recently purchased the Regular version of TGB non-source. What I'm wondering is what kind of plugins and addons are available for the Pro version?

The Pro version includes the source code to the engine. There are not additional plugins that come with it.

I just remember reading somewhere that one of the benefits of buying the PRO was that you could use plugins made by other people. Is there a list of those plugins?

Perhaps you mean resources?

Click ... Community > Resources
Or search and select resources as a filter.

Buying TGB is like buying a cool bike. Buying TGB Pro is like buying a cool bike and also all the tools you need to modify the bike in any way you desire -- but no actual spiffied up engines or custom paint jobs. You have to look other places for those.
