GuiWindowCtrl and Tiling instead of stretching

I've modified my copy of GuiWindowCtrl to allow tiling of the window edges in addition to stretching. This allows you much more freedom when you create window bitmaps. Is anyone (besides myself) interested in this? If so, I'll post the changes here (or maybe create a resource)...
