Mac OSX version of torque

How do I rotate the camera in world editor using OSX? Normally you would use right mouse click, but OSX does not have that. I tried holding Apple, ctrl, and alt along with the mouse click, but it did not rotate the camera.
What is the trick to doing this?
I got the OSX version so I could port my creations to OSX from Windows, but since my XP computer's PSU blew a fuse, all I have to rely on is the OSX version of torque.

You should be able to shift-ctrl click, I believe.

I would recommend buying a $10 USB mouse for development. I cannot imagine using any of the Pro apps for OSX (Final Cut Pro, Logic, etc) without one. I use the scroll button like crazy. You should be able to shift-ctrl click, I believe.
