Pyro Particle Editor.

Also includes the SDK so I am curious how well these particles render in TGEA.

oh and if you want full support, its another 2000 bucks, just fyi. So just consider all the cool features we could be paying for. :)

Well for starters, if you read the licenses. The first title is free, but after that its 99 bucks, so its a licensed product. So thats a extra 100 bucks on top of the 300, since the torque licence doesnt have a limit to the number of games you can make. Besides TGE comes with a particle editor now. So, for 300 bucks, TGEa has alot of benifits that some dont have. When you start adding features you have to consider the long term and licensing impact. You can however make your first title with this particle editor free, and they allow you to download it. So there is nothing stopping you from adding this to your first project. pyro.fenomen-games.com/buy.htm

I'm not touching this program with a ten-foot pole until they fix up their website and terminology.

I got a reply yesterday. I don't think English is the persons native language, but anyway; Yeah, it's free for the first game, there's no actual freeware version.
