Tgea 1.7.0 Eax?

Does anyone know if TGEA 1.7.0 supports EAX out of the box? Unfortunately the only information and documentation regarding EAX or FMOD that I can find is about 5-6 years old.

All I'm looking for is to be able to create some rooms with different acoustics such as echo or reverb. Any info would be very much appreciated!

There's an all-new sound system in 1.7 with new support for FMOD. May be your path to EAX-happiness.

Thanks. Is there any documentation to go along with this new FMOD suppport? I haven't had much experience in audio engineering/scripting and I can't seem to find much in terms of resource except how to create simple sound fx.
