Lock/unlock all layers button.

I would like to see a lock/unlock all layers button.

I find I need to lock all layers and unlock what I want to work on as I invariable move things I don't want to move. So I have to click 32 icons each time I start TGB.

And add to that hide/unhide all layers buttons.

Has this been considered tobe added into newer versions of TGB? cuz last weekend, while workin on my project, i really needed the Hide/Unhide all layers button...
