Particles Needed

I need to find some nice looking wood splinter particles and grass clipping particles; primarily the png files for these.

Can someone recommend a place to get these or a good program that can make these easily?

Keep in mind my artistic skills are not the best.

It seems to me that the primary art skill required is with the Particle Editor--and it's really just a matter of tweaking it til it's how you, personally, like it. The png image is usually an extremely simple shape, that anybody with Gimp or Paint.Net can do.

I only answer since it's been so long and no one else has. I did think there were some particle packs for sale in the GG store :)

Thanks Lee but I already went out and made these with a digital camera. They look great in game.
