Any way to easily make a game downloadable?

I want to do a few tests for my game, and i was wondering if there is any simple way or process to upload my game and make it downloadable for my friend... including just emailing the download to him... is there any simple way i can do this? thanks in advance!

There are too many file host sites to list. A Google search will show you. I personally use Rapidshare since I have a 1 year subscription for premium usage but it can also be used freely.

MediaFire is also popular.

And what do i host? the starter.fps?

Compress it into a .zip file. Then send the game application, main.cs and whatever holds your games (starter.fps, tutorial.base, etc.)
