Triggers not showing up?

Hello, ive been having some issues with being able to use triggers, and other scripts. whenever i make a trigger, and then have it exececuted in game.cs, everything perfect, it does not show up in the trigger directory in the game. before this happened to me, and i had added a few different trigger scripts to my game, like one to switch missions and one to teleport, and forever these did not show up in my game. and then one day a few weeks later, they just did. I'm wondering how because now I'm adding more triggers and again, its not showing up.
