Mmorpg Question

Is it Possible to make a good MMORPG with Torque Game Engine WITHOUT the MMO Kit from MyDreamRPG because I'm currently broke and unemployed (probably not for long) so I don't have the money to buy the MMO Kit or anything else right now. So if it is possible, can someone explain on how I would get started on doing so or what would I need to do so without having to buy anything? Any help would be appreciated :)

That is an MMO made without the use of the MMO kit. It took several years, and multiple full-time employees to get to beta.

Just a note, the MMO kit from MyDreamRPG no longer exists. They had to stop selling it. The only MMO kit that exists now if from Prairie Games at www.mmoworkshop.com. It's based on the tech from Minions of Mirth and is free so long as you have a license for TGE 1.5 and ArcaneFX.

Even though I'm not a fan of the mmoworkshop kit I'd still use it if it didn't require arcane FX, i just have no use to spend 30 bucks on something I'll never ever use. I'm implementing a lot of MMORPG features for my project and I can tell you it sucks horribly and is a painstakingly long process, use the kit if you don't mind spending the extra $30.

Yeah I am using the MMO Kit from Prairie Games It's just I was having a hard time importing interiors into the MMO Kit successfully among other things and yeah I will buy the ArcaneFX license for sure in a few days because I just talked to my cousin who will actually buy it for me in a few days probably on Saturday for my birthday so on Saturday I will definitely have the ArcaneFX license which I already have the TGE 1.5 license so just to be safe I will probably stop using the MMO Kit from Prairie Games until Saturday. And then I will work on my MMORPG with that since I can't work on an MMORPG as easily on TGE than on Torque MMO Kit IDE. Thanks for telling me this information so now I can actually focus on using the MMO Kit which I wasn't too sure about earlier. :)
