Dsaq file not animating

Hi,
Iam a newbie to torque. Iam using max to export dts files. while exporting .dsq files it exports with no errors, but when i play it in show tool pro it shows no animation. i tried playing other sample .dsq files on my model. it plays fine. so there is nothing wrong with my dts file. something wrong with dsq file. I just followed tutorials from SMD labs. can some one help me to go further.
