Totally screwed up export

I have exported several models, and never had this occur till now. I am creating a vehicle in blender, and after I export it (even with 096), it comes out looking shattered.

Ok I got rid of the armature and it works fine. But what's wrong with my armature? :(

Update: Apparently it has something to do with vertex groups. In the spring animations I intended for part of the vehicle to deform with the hub bones and such.

Well I solved my own problem through extensive experimentation.

The problem if you are going to have vertex groups attached to bones, 1)all vertecies must be in vertex groups, and 2)those groups must be attached to bones. I stabilized it by attaching remaining vertecies to a motionless bone called "body".
