Trouble accessing the TDN

I have been having this trouble with both the regular GG website and the TDN website. Whenever I try to connect I get the following error
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

I am pretty sure this is a problem with either a router or a system used by my ISP (Verizon FIOS) but it has been going on for months now.
I have been able to circumvent the error on the GG site by using the actual IP address of the GG server (216.116.32.49).
I don't use TDN much but lately I have decided to do research into an area and I think a lot of the material I want is located there. So, I'd like to try the same thing with the TDN server. Can someone post the IP address for the TDN server so I can try this connection route? Thx.
