TGEA Window frame

Whenever you start TGEA in any version I have tried lately you have the named window frame appear. Is there some way to get rid of it or is it a bug? I realize the see through version in windowed mode was a bug in TGEA 1.03 that they fixed in 1.7. I just wanted to see if there is a way to get rid of the frame altogether?
