DTS Plane Mesh is black in TGEA 1.7.0

This mesh and all Plane object is same problems..

My spec is Geforce 7600GT/GS, Latest Driver & Latest Dx9.

This is the same problem was having with trees.
Make a material file, set emissive and translucent both to true.
Emissive should actually be set to false, but for some reason, foliage turns black if you do.

I'm already set Emissive and translucent value in material script file.

But Problem occurred, too.

This Problem because for 2-Sided Option.

Maybe this problem is TGEA 1.7.0 final's bug.

Also This Problem occurred only on NVIDIA Graphic Chipsets.

I Tested on Geforce 7600 GS/GT and Geforce 6800 XT.

But no have this Problem on ATI Graphic Chipsets.

I Tested on Radeon x1800 and x1900gt.
