Problem with Exporting

I am attempting to export a building from Lightwave 9.0. When I export it, it is coming out with a problem with the polygons(See Screenshot 1). I assumed that it was because I did not triple the ploly's, so I did so, and re-exported it, using the same options as before. When I do this, the model does not show up(in constructor or directly in Torque). Anybody able to offer any help?

Try to triple, merge and aling the polygons in modeler. Be sure you have checked the mesh to export in the dts export master plugin, and consider do not reach the limit of 5461 triangles per mesh or the game engine will crash.
